Having tried a ton of different yoga teachers, I find Leontine's approach really unique. She's playful, yet very knowledgeable about the art of yoga. Thanks to her creative explanations and sequencing, she makes me discover new aspects of the yoga poses and of my own body, and she always has some new tricks up her sleeve. Moreover, Leontine's classes leave me feeling incredibly calm every single time. While I've previously had the tendency to skip some of the relaxation poses of yoga because I told myself I needed to get on with my busy life, Leontine has made me see the value of those poses, which are such an inherent and important part of yoga.
